The annual Alpbachtal program of events extends from traditional Christmas markets in December to an array of events during the ski season. One can also enjoy lovely music concerts and village festivals, family and sport events and much more.

To eat and drink

The gastronomic offer in the area is extensive and includes traditional inns, high-class restaurants and cozy mountain huts. The selection of local products and dishes is large, many hosts are increasingly offering regional products on their menus. For self-catering, a supermarket with a large assortment is available directly at Angerer Familienappartements Tirol. In the village center our guests can find a butcher, a dairy and two bakeries.

You should definitely taste these special dishes from the region: Alpbacher Kasnocken, Kiachl, Brandenberger Prügeltorte and Alpbachtaler Heumilchkäse.
